Default A win for us fishermen and women!!!

We won a huge victory today!! The two year moratorium to stop the Corps of engineers has been signed into law! They can not place any more buoys and they can't enforce any placed down. Great victory thanks to everyone who has worked to make this happen!

Does this mean we'll be audited?

The House is working on a permanent ban instead of the two year deal. It might take two years to get it through.

My guess is this may be what the Corp wanted all along. Now when someone doesn't follow the rules and gets to close to the dam and drowns, the Corp will not have to listen to complaints. I agree the water should be open for fishing but hope fishermen still follow safety guidelines.
