    Default Ky Lake

Had a good week at Ky lake Not so good on the Bluegill. But great crappie fishing. We had lots of wind each day making the main lake very rough. I can't say enough about the way my Lowe stinger 195 handled the rough water it performed great. We ran the main lake and bass fished the ledges with no problems. It is a great all around boat with lots of room and storage. I would again like to thank everyone who sent information on the bluegills, even though we didn't have great luck I appreciate all the help. Also wish to thank the owners of wildcat creek campground they are great people who go out of their way to help. When I broke a bolt on my motor support they were helpful giving me bolts and offering tools and help. Nice friendly people if you are looking for a place to camp. We rented a camper for the week and were pleased.

I've heard they use a lot of Lowe's boats up north because of how big the waves can get. How deep were your crappie? Were you pulling crankbaits or fishing brushpiles?
