COE is nothing but a big nanny state government bully that could care less about what some group of fishermen or business people care. To heck with the economy, you will do as we say or else!

When we ignore the bouys and F&W decline to enforce the zone, it will be a mute point. It will happen. The government ignores laws like the borders every day with no consequences, so can we.
