I don't think it is currently legal to CCW on COE property. And, even though it is legal to "open carry" in the state, I don't think this law applies on COE property, considering the current Federal laws in effect on COE property.

I have a CCW permit that's valid in KY. Are there any laws preventing you from CCW while fishing on KY Lake? I don't like taking it off but don't want to get in trouble... Thanks!

Everything I've seen prohibits CCW at Corps facilities, but remember: Kentucky is a TVA Lake! Barkley is Corps. That might make a difference. ALSO, I would think that if you keep the weapon in a compartment it would fall into the "two move" rule. If it takes two moves to reach the weapon, Kentucky law considers it not concealed.
LBL is run by forest service and it's altogether different from Parks service. Check this link out. It explains some of the gray area away.
