Went to Green today and had 27 keepers. Caught most of them on the left side of the river channel in 15 - 18 ft. of water above Holmes Bend.

Hi Chuck, Cole and I were looking for you. I didn't do to well, only 7 keepers and a bunch of short fish. I was casting jigs, had my best luck on lay downs on the main channel. Marked a lot of suspended fish in the channel but they werent to interested in my jigs swimming by (slowly)
There were a lot of boats spider rigging the channel above HB
Water temp up by the bridge 45, below HB 43
Thanks for the input Panfish Angler.
Good luck to you fellows.
Hey, birthday boy .... if you never catch Crappie at Green River Lake, then you definitely need to come to the get together we put on at Green. Pfft... even if you don't catch anything THEN, either, you'll still get to eat some
We'll be starting a thread about this years Spring Fling @ Green in the next week or so, so keep your eyes peeled for it !!

Hey Paul, I have not been fishing since the end of November. We have been to busy at work. But, i believe after this past weekend I will not have to pull anymore weekends, which means i should be able to
start fishing again next weekend. Now that i can fish again, i see that next weekend is suppose to be cool again.
7 keepers and a day on the lake with your son is not bad at all. I will see you and Cole on the lake. You all take care.
