wildcat boat ramp on blood river

Is the boat ramp at wildcat creek on Blood River for public use or only for the camp ground? We have always used the ramp at Irving Cobb but sometimes it's hard to find a place to park.

It's a free public ramp float. The only thing is there isn't a fish cleaning station there. It has a nice parking lot but gets filled quick come spring. It isn't uncommon to park a couple hundred yards up the road in late March and early April. But they are all that way then, huh!
