The west side of KY and the east side of Barkley because the middle is federal land. Just remember, the larger the bay, the more docks there are. All of them are floating docks except for 1 near the mouth of Blood River, that I know of.

How to they keep the floating docks from going on the bank when they let water out or the ramps from going under when the lake is above normal pool?

The ramps do go under when it gets high.

Some have spud poles they ride up and down on to keep them in the same position over the bottom. The lakes only drop I think 5 foot from pool to pool so as long as the dock is in more than 5 foot of water it will float all winter.
