I'll be going out on Barren on Friday the 16th. First time out in about a month and can't wait to see if the water has drawn down enough to spider rig out over the river channel. I'm sure we will give two of our favorite bays that are stump filled a good going over as well. Just as excited as a kid before Christmas.....coffee cup in hand and watchin for that twitch of a rod. As I watch those rods i'll be wondering when Yoder's meat processing will call me to pick up my deer. We had some put into bacon, some into salami with cheese, some ground into burger logs, and some into breakfast sasuage. If ya see me out on the lake, and Jerry and I haven't eaten it all, stop me and i'll cut ya off a slug of the salami and pour ya a cup of Folgers.
Everything is possible. The impossible just takes longer!
