Can anybody tell me if the bridge is open to recreational boat traffic now?

Yes, you can go under the bridge o.k. There did look to be a hazard marker between the two columns where the bridge is missing. It may be more to warn commercial traffic of shallow water than recreational. But it also may warn all boaters since they will also soon be doing construction in that spawn so they will likely ban anyone from going under the area that is under repair in case anything is dropped, etc.
