    Default Where to tent camp near blood river?


    Im getting ready to make a quick and unexspensive trip to KY Lake and was wondering if you guys knew a good spot to tent camp near blood river. Id like to have a campground with a shower and hopefully a dock so I dont have to take the boat out eveynight. If ya know of anything please respond. Thanks yall!

    When are you coming down here ?
    I live 10 miles from the 160,000 acre Kentucky Lake, and the 57,000 acre Barkley Lake is within 25 miles of my house. I live 10 miles from 220,000 acres of Water.

    wildcat creek has a camp ground and boat ram.there is a bath house and you can pull your boat up beside the camp ground.this is located in blood river
    The only thing better than a day of fishing.Is a week of fishing.

    KY lake I will be down around the first or second week of April. High Bridge thanks I found Wildcat's website yesterday and will look into it. Have you ever stayed there High Bridge?

    I'm tent camping at Wildcat that same time...the thing will be if they have an opening. Waters Edge Marina is across the same cove, you might give them a call, too. One word of wisdom though, they don't call it Wildcat for nuthin....Kentucky is the official home of the KENTUCKY WILDCATS! GO BIG BLUE! Good luck to ya!
