    Default Water Clarity at Barren

Was wondering if anyone has fished Barren in the last few days and could tell me how the water clarity was. Thanks in advance.

Well I went today and glad I did. Had a great day even with the high winds. Caught some if the biggest crappie I have ever caught at Barren.

If you don't mind me asking, what creek were you fishing, and what depth? I know they are pulling it pretty hard. I was there last week and it was very muddy.

I live on Barren, near Walnut Creek. The water had almost got to where it could be called stained. Now, after this rain it will be like chocolate milk again. They have been pulling the heck out of it which has a very adverse effect on the fishing up here. I'd say they will continue unless the rivers downstream get too high then they will hold it some.
