CKCA website?

I had the website and lost it or it's down; not sure. I know there is a torney at Herrington in Feb but I don't know where or when or if it's still on? Was gonna start fishing with my 5 year old and he's all excited and ready to go and I lost my membership form I filled out last week I went to get it to mail it off and poof gone; and now I can't find the website.So anyone got the info and or the website and or a number.
