Default Longline Trolling in the winter

I've caught alot of fish on KY Lake longline trolling in the spring and early summer. I've tried in the fall with some success but have never tried in the winter. What speed do you troll at in the winter? What depth water should I try? What size jig head? Can I still use Southern Pro Hot Grubs? Most of the time I troll Jonathon Creek or Blood river.

I dont know your lake but I do know mine and I longline 12 mos. a year with success. Right now I'm catching more fish in 20' of water pulling 1/16th jigs @ .9 mph using a small splitshot to the line getting them down to the fish which are suspended about 15' deep so I want my jigs running around 13' deep. I also pull mostly curly tail grubs.

you just need to find the fish, and get the lure at their depth, and the right speed, just like any other time of the year. LL works year round, just have to deal with all the variables year round as well.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
