    Default sonar fog

anybody have any suggestions to help prevent the inside of my sonar screen from fogging ?
Guessing there is a seal broken. I can still read the screen by in the sun light the glare from the fog is pretty bad
Normally after about 4 hrs fishing it clears up

Storing them in outdoors or in a non-climate controlled building can lead to fogging. They really aren't that well sealed anymore.

Got a friend that would turn on his unit on the way to the lake and leave it on all the time he was at the lake sometime for several days. Always stayed clear. Doesn't draw much power. Just charged batt every night as usual.

I like that idea more than taking it in the house each time. If I take it in, I am sure I'll forget and leave it home.
Only concern is having the transducer clicking all the time not on the water. Maybe OK ?
