    Default Kentucky Lake 11-17-11

Got the last 10 stakebuckets that I had ready dropped and fished a little this morning before starting midnights tonight. Wound up with 20 at around noon. A friend of mine was up there too, he had 20 in about the same time period.

Nice mess of fish. Do you have a photo of your stake buckets? I usually just sink brush but would like to try something different.

I have to agree with ya Pab. The bite was decent today just had to wade through all the little fish. I think they might of missed the wind forecast SLIGHTLY!!!!! I took a neighbor that had never fished for crappie this time of year or this method ( 2 poling). I believe before the day was over he forgot all about the horned cows everyone has been chasing around the woods for the last week!! Ha

Looks good! Can't wait. Hope they are still there Sunday!
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

You guys are just CRUEL. Im stuck up here in 21* weather with the boat tucked away for winter. Won't be long and all we will have is hard water. I wonder why I even log on here sometimes. LOL.
Good job on the catch. Yea im jealous!
Crappie spawning and morels popping up at the same time. What was God thinking when he made that schedule. It's pure torture every spring deciding which to do.

They definitely had the wind forecast kinked up, it was some kind of rough at the ramp when we were putting the boats on the trailer. Two poling is addictive, I was introduced to it a couple years ago and haven't looked back. I took care of the horned cow thing Saturday, not a monster but good enough for me on the farm I hunted.
