You may want to check out "Bee Ready" holders....you can adjust your rod tip height with just a phillips screw driver...they also have alot of mounting options....I have them all the way around my boat and have no complaints.

I use Driftmaster 250 `s and have nothing bad to say about them at all.....Personally I think they are easy to get a rod out of and I`ve never had one come loose on me. Mine are positioned in my boat where dont have to reach far or down to get my rods. The 250 is just the right height for me Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
Thanks for all the responses. I ordered a set of Hi Tek for the front and Driftmasters for rear. Looking at a Dub L Seat for the front so I can fish with my son or wife.
Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Hi Techs!
I have the best pole holder set up. One in my right hand and the other one in my left. What is the sense in fishing for a slab crappie if you can't feel it hit?
I agree 100% with PoleNHand. I'll take catching 15 that I can feel any day over 50 that I may, or may not, 'see' hit the jig.
