CC I just pretty much do the same thing. I get them in fresh river water take them home and store them in a cool or cold garage floor with a 110v bubbler. Is the container clean at the water line with all of the muck and gritty stuff gone and the crackers. Thats the only thing I do to mine. This year I have only been able to trapp two dozen a time. Last year it was like 4 or 5 dozen in a hour or two, they may be on to me. Sorry for the delay I just got on here this morning. Hope they straighten out for ya.

There is a little bit of the cracker left in the water but not much..... actually it seems that I lost a bunch within just an hour or 2 of getting them home but this morning I went out and ive only got 1 more floater. How often do you change your water or do you at all and how long can are you able to keep them????? Hey I left ya a pm!!!

Sometimes I use better bait, and CC I do a water change with lake or river water every two days or if I am fishing that day I do a water change at the end of the fishing day. I will look into a creek I have in mind with a riffle and a rock bottom and give it a try. Thanks I will so you guys out there next week.
