    anyone have any baked or broiled crappie recipes they would share?
    We have always fried, have tried to bake a few times but it never turns out well.

    Here's how we broil them. Greased cookie sheet. Place fillets skin side down. Season to taste. Put a dollop of butter on each one. Put onion rings on top and broil for about 6 minutes or so. We love em.Thumbs Up The reason that you put the skin side down is to keep them from curling up.
