Who's bringing what to the Shindig?

I think we need to start a food list for the shindig so we have enough and a variety.

I have 16 pounds of french fries and will bring some brownies.

I have enough heavy duty paper plates,bowls,plastic forks,knives,napkins and spoons to feed 100 people.6 large disposable aluminum pans. 10 quart bags of crappie fillets. 5 pounds corn FLOWER for fish coating(mixed with lemon pepper and seasoned salt ?). 2 shaker coating containers. 20 large heavy duty garbage bags. I have a very good jalapeno hush puppy recipe if anyone wants me to make a batch.

don't sound like much but I've got the markers, tablet and name tags for registration. Also plan to bring some potato salad.

I am doing a deer chili & am also gonna smoke a deer ham Thur. to chop up into barbecue for Fri. evening. I'll get some buns too. Probably make a big pot of Cowboy Beans too.
