According to reports on another website .... it's still mostly frozen over. Even if it melts, the water temps are going to take awhile to come up to any appreciable level. When the water temps get above 45deg ... they should start nosing around the shallows, off & on. When it gets above 50deg ... they should be starting to react in a pre-spawn pattern. By the time the shallows get to a stable temp range of 58-62deg ... they should be in full blown spawn.
