Blood River KY Lake Conditions?
Lake coming up a foot more by Sunday, chance of thunderstorms but it doesn't look like a big rain is going to set in and dump a bunch...
But what does the lake look like now? Is it muddy in Sugar and Wildcat?
Looking to spend a few days out that way soon...any help would be appreciated.
Looks like a cold front is kinda stalling over the area the next few days making for unsettled weather.

We just got back this afternoon, pretty stained from Wildcat Creek to Crappie Cove, Sheeps Ridge area was very nice. Fishing very tough, they moved from the buckbrush to the cypress trees holding very tight to the cover. Most fish we caught were all males very close to the banks fishing less than a foot deep. We fished from last Saturday to Thursday, and the wind blew from every direction possible. On Tuesday we were fishing in shorts and Wednesday snowmobile suit!!! Not many people doing very good. We were stopped for a Creel Survey and the man from the DNR said th guide boats are only getting 20 a day-what does that tell ya. Have fun and good luck! Walgill

I was there a week ago and water temp was only barely getting to 64 and I caught 20 good keepers in 2 days. Black males were shallow, white females were on the ledges. I didn't go all last week because of crappy weather and it doesn't look a whole lot better. I appreciate the update!
I'll watch the weather and we may head over sunday afternoon and see how it goes, I have a place over there so a bad fishing trip "only" costs me a tank of gas.
