fry cooker/veg oil (Rowdy)
large serving platters/trays (for fish/fries/pups) (Rowdy)

hush puppies (Crappiepappy)
plain yellow corn meal (& I'll bring what's left of my Southern Star Seasoning)
large bowls for fillet transport & coating (Crappiepappy)
alum foil (Tube Man)
salt/pepper/ketchup (Tube Man) *(bring your own, if you desire other condiments)

fish cooker/oil (I have one, unused/untested)
filet knives (Crappiecrazy fireman) * we need at least 3 people to bring elec filet knives *

Note: you don't have to bring anyone -- you're welcome to fish alone, or you can offer a seat to those interested in coming who may not have a boat or have one & would rather share expenses. I rode shotgun in BadBrad's boat, last year ... and we had a grand time.

I'll bet if you go there'll be room on someone's boat, usually is.

OK GUYS & GALS ... one more week & it's ON !!

Get your name on the committed list, asap ... Please !! (but, don't think that you can't attend if you're not on any of the lists !! Just trying to get a rough idea of how many to expect to attend, so we can bring the required amount of food & preparation items)

Timeframe (more or less):

Meet/greet in Holmes Bend parking lot - sunrise til 8AM (local time)
Go catch some Slabs - 8AM til 1PM
Be back at launch area around 1PM & start the fish cleaning & cooking setup
Prepare food & eat - between 130-2PM
Cleanup & head out - 3PM ~~ or so

Severe weather forcasts for the immediate area WILL be cause to cancel the event ... so keep your eyes on this thread, for a "go - no go" determination call !!

Guys & gals,I've got Eagle FishMark 480 & a MotorGuide 12/24 80lbs thrust trolling motor for sale. Asking 150 for the Eagle and 300 hundred for the trolling motor. If anyone interested will bring them to the slabfest Saturday. Let me know.
