I went bluegill fishing this afternoon with my two grandsons (from the shore) and we couldn't hardly buy a bite until the wind changes directions late this afternoon and the clouds really closed in. Then, in a matter of 30 minutes we caught a dozen bluegill and three small bass....and missed that many... from the same spot we had been fishing for two hours previous. Fish are having a hard time getting settled into anything....and sadly...just about the time they do, the lake is gonna start falling again. I hope they don't pull the plug and drain the bottom out of it!!!
