    Default ESP rods

Anybody use ESP rods. Looks like grizzly jig is the cheapset on them, that I have seen.
    Looking at a 6 1/2 or 7' for casting.
    Thanks

wiskers and I looked at them at the Grizzly show. They looked and felt like great rods. I just couldn't get my wallet to come out of my pocket. A buddy of wiskers bought one but I haven't heard if he has used it yet.

See this thread. I have 2 of them and they are great for the money. Getting ready to get 5 more...an 8 footer for me and two 7 footers and two 6' 6" for my two sons. You can read the thread but I fish more in a week than a lot of folks do in a month or two. I have used these two rods for the last couple of weeks and they are all the manufacture says they are. Just got in from KY lake and got 12 Crappie with the 7 footer today. Could have gotten more but the White Bass were as thick as thieves. http://www.crappie.com/crappie/main-...-esp-rods.html

    Exclamation Mike/guys ....

As you may have already seen, if you read that thread that Alphahawk posted, that I have/use ESP rods. I, along with Jim Duckworth, was one of the first fieldtesters of the ESP line. I'm still fieldtesting, & providing feedback on these rods.
I have a 5'6" UL prototype spinning rod, from the original ESP line ... that I use mostly for dock shooting & short range casting.
I have a 6'6" PowerLite spinning rod, from the recent ESP line ... used mostly for open water & distance casting.
I have a 9' PowerJig spinning rod, from the recent ESP line ... used mainly for tightline, trolling, & potentially for jigging. (haven't had the opportunity to put it to extended use)

FYI ... if you can get them from Grizzly Jigs, that's probably your current best bet ... as Cabela's has all but the 5'6" UL & 12' rod on backorder status. Cabela's: ESP Spinning Rods

Anything you, or anyone else interested in these rods, wants to know about them ... I'll be happy to try & answer. And if I can't, or don't know the answer, I'll contact the VP of Marketing (my connection) and find out.

    ... cp
