Default Best place to stay north end of Ky Lake ?

Hey guys just need a little advice. I'm planning on making a trip to the north end of Ky lake in March 25, 26 and 27. Bringing my wife so needs to be a decent place. I think she will like spider rigging. This year I'm concentrating on crappie and would like to learn how to catch them all year long. The past few years I fished a lot for muskie. They have taken a toll on my right arm. Paper mouths should be a little easier on my arm than toothy critters. I did well this past year on crappie but would like to do better this year. I have fished Watts Bar around the end of March and caught some very nice crappie in the open water of the bays. We would troll 1/8 ounce maribo jigs tipped with large minnows letting out 75 ft of line. When I seen a bait ball on the graph it was't long before you had a hit. Crappie were holding close to the shad not cover. I'm thinking Ky lake will be about the same. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd look at Moor's resort. Motel rooms in the lodge or cabins. moorsresort.com

Restaurant and baitshop on site. Covered slips to rent with electricity.
