    Default UK Football

For the faithful bluebloods out there like myself, I'am suffering from a football hang over this morning. Is it just me, or is being a KY football fan like being kicked in the groin season after season? Our defense could not stop my sons little league team from scoring in the redzone.

Yeah, to me, it's like when Charlie Brown is running to kick the football and Lucy pulls it away at the last second.

It seems like at least once per season, UK will play great against a really good team -- and then lose.

Just watched SC score the first 2 times they had the ball! I've seen less holes in a donut shop!

Thank goodness that basketball practice has started! UK defensive coordinator should be unemployed by Monday. This is embarrassing and if SC had not turned it over 3 times it would be much worse. UK will never win by trying to beat 4-5 star recruits with 2 star recruits.

I'm a huge Kentucky fan! love the basketball Cats, but I also love college football. Having said that, it is so hard being a football Cat fan. How many games have we manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. The two longest winning streaks in the nation involve us against Tennesse and Florida. And so far this year our defense is a joke. Worst red zone defense in the country, 28 trips in the red zone by opposing teams, 28 scores! Seems like if we manage to field a good offense, we have a horrible defense and vice versa.

I still watch them, still root like heck for them.....but it sure is painful.
