anyone fishing at nolin or rough river

I've tried Nolin a few times this year with little success. The Fish & Wildlife guys predicted it to be a good year for Nolin, but I can't seem to find them. The water temp has been way too high and too much pleasure boat traffic. Been fishing out of Iberia into the Dog Creek area. Spider riggin, tight lining, and casting. Only caught a few 8-9".

I have heard most of the fish are being cought in 10 to 15 ft on minnows over brush

A buddy of mine went last week and caught 38 in 17 fow with minnows.
