You might already know this if do then it might help someone else. Remember when you try your remote on my trolling motor at the bash and it wouldn't work,well ended up sending that remote back and Minn Kota send me a new one. Ok,got out on the lake today to try the new remote and that new one wouldn't do a thing. So I thought might need reprogramming or something,kept fooling with it, still nothing,then I try one more thing,you know that learn button on top of trolling motor well I held the remote close too it and push the learn button couple times and the remote tooked right off sure glad to see that. Thought I would past this alone in case might help someone.

Thanks John, useful info. Wish someone would have told me the battery size was stamped on the back of the darn thing as well. That way I didn't look like such an idiot on here asking about it. What can I say, I'm dangerous with technology.
