We got back from our trip yesterday, spent 2 weeks down there. [ I have a great wife] started out real slow but picked up when it warmed up. Watched the water temp rise from mid 50s to 60 degs. Couldn't get a pattern going if you caught 1 or 2 fish that was it you had to keep moving. Caught 10 to 15 fish a day all were around 11 to 13" most being around 12". Caught them shallow and deeper. Using jig and minnow and twister tails. best colors were chart. and white, but many other color combos worked also. Had a few fish fries and took a little over 100 fish home. Had a great time, nice to see leaves on the trees.
