Some People Ain't Got A Clue

Went fish'n the other day and boy did I run into an Einstein.

I"m set'n there fish'n a point and catch'n a few fish. I see 2 guys hovering around and work'n their way closer to me (they saw me catch a couple). I'm about 75' off the bank in about 10' of water and try'n to stay pointed into the wind.

Well, I break off my jig and while I'm retying here they come. They get out about 20' from me and start up a conversation. No problem. They get around to ask'n me what I'm do'n to catch crappie. I spill my guts and am glad to help them out if I can. They thank me and head off. I finish tying on the jig and look up to cast and there's this !*&#@$$ going right between and the bank with a 115. Right over where I'd been catch'n the fish! I looked at him like what the &@#$ are you think'n? He just smiled, waved, thanked me for the help, and kept go'n. Didn't have a clue what he'd just done. I didn't catch another fish off that point.

So buddy, if you're read'n this post, think! Have a little consideration for the other fishermen. I don't think you realized what you were do'n but if ya do it to me again I'm sic'n my dog on ya! :D

I was down your way last Easter and was bank fishing at Pirates Cove and these guys fishing a bass tourney run their boat right over the stake bed I was fishing, I literally had to reel in to keep them from running over my line. I kept my cool but I did let him know that I thought it was pretty crappy to mess up my limited fishing spot when they were in a boat and had the whole lake to fish. They apologized but apologies don't eat very well. :-)

The accent is always the hardest and last thing to go! Normally, once you rid a yankee of any northern supplies like Duncan Donuts coffee, Yuengling Beer and the "U's and come with", they are on the right track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D:D
