Had an opportunity to fish with my dad for a couple of days at Kentucky Lake. We fished Tuesday and Wednesday. Fishing was pretty tough for us with the heavy clouds and north winds. Started out pulling jigs and before we had all the rods set, dad hooked up with a nice fish. Thought we were going to catch them good. After pulling a while with little success, we changed up to tightlining. Found some fish in 16ft of water, biggest was 2lbs 1oz. Caught 21 on Tuesday but only managed 7 fish on Wednesday morning. Dad had enough of the cold and wind and decided to head back home early. Still enjoyed being on the water with pops.
