    Default Crappie Salad???

Anybody on here ever eat Crappie Salad? I got the recipe from Bill Dance several years ago: 1 cup Miracle Whip (I use the "light" kind) or Mayo, 2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish, about 1/4 of a medium onion (minced or chopped) and about 3 crappie fillets torn or "flaked" into small pieces. I guess some folks might grill or broil the fish, but I just use regular deep-fried crappie fillets, breading and all. Mix it all up, sort of like tuna salad, and serve it on crackers. AWESOME!

I took it to a church dinner and I thought folks were gonna "fight" over it! "GRIN" As the "Old Folks" sausage man says, "It's GOOOOOOOOOD!"

    That sounds pretty good.

It also sounds like the beginnings of my home made tartar sauce that my wife thinks that I should package and sell. :D
