I've read and talked to guys of some limits being caught. Most people seem to be fishing the river channel and the adjacent flats. I can't buy a bite but I haven't been out much.

I fished on Blood River monday of this past week. Fished hard from dawn until 4pm and had 9 keepers when I left.All except 1 was caught around creek channel 16-18fow. Did catch 1 in 11fow. Was encouraged by the number of 8 and 9 inch fish I caught and released as well. No one else I saw seemed to be doing very well either, whole lot of people movin around lookin for fish.

Noticed a few taken in the usa crappie tournament , some 2-4 ft some 18 -20 8-10 looks like they were scattered .

Just got back from blood today. Most people fishing from Irvin Cobb back past Wildcat.We caught fish from 3 to 25 feet deep but best bite 8 to 12 foot of water. Water temp Friday 54 and 50 this morning. Caught a good mix of both black and white crappie.
