Way to go, you did it again. I was coming down thursday,but my fishing buddy,s mother passed away today,will try to make it next week. The limit you had Monday were mostly whites and todays are blacks, have you moved into the bays or are they on the humps,or edges of the main lake channels. I have seen more people the last 2 years fishing for the yellers, I dont like to even have to handle the little devels. Don,t catch them all. Dave

Sorry to hear about your frend's mother. I know what he's go'n thru. I lost my mother last August and I still ain't got over it.

I catch'n most of my fish on stump flats. I don't mind catch'n the yella's. I know if I'm catch'n them the crappie are close. They prefer the same water conditions this time of year.

Seems like they're wanting a big profile bait. The shad they're feeding on are about 3". Been using a 1/8 oz jig (chartruse head/red hook), 2" yellow & chartruse Southern Pro Little Hustler Tube (been hot color for me), med. minner, 3/8 egg sinker 18" above the jig. 8# Vicious hi vis yellow line, speed between .3 and .4 mph. That prefered speed will increase as the water warms.

Just 1 more note, This weekend is gonna be pretty and everybody's gonna want to get out. This lake is LOW! Yall please be careful. Don't wanta hear bout any my buddies on the news!
