Every year is a different scenario but usually you see some pretty days by then. Take a look at weather.com and you can see the average highs and lows for that time period. I usually try to dress in layers and remove them as the day goes by - kind of chilly in the mornings and sometimes shirt sleeves by the afternoons. My word of advice would be to pack clothes for all conditions because mother nature can throw you a curveball at anytime.

It should be mid 60s, but especially this year, who knows. Go to accuweather.com and pick the area you are going, then select "month". It will show average temperatures. Here's an example for Murray: AccuWeather.com - Murray Month Weather | Month Forecast for Murray, KY I usually camp in a tent down there around that time, so it's not usually too cold.

I agree with CatFan. The weather should be in the low 60's as an average. Went there last year and it was between 50 and 75 with water temps in the upper 50's to low 60's. But mother nature always has her own plans. Good luck. I'll be down on the 19th or so.
