Cant make em bite

Few boats on the water today. Fished from 0800 till noon. Caught maybe 10 crappie and 3 drum. Could watch em look at the jig and sometimes chase it but very few bites. I tried basically every color I had. I had a buddy fishing a different lake and he reported them being tight lipped as well.

I usually try down sizing and keeping my distance but that doesn’t always work!

Finding them is only half the equation at times

Sometimes doesn’t matter what you do it’s hard to get a bite. I try downsizing and slowing presentation down.
