Fished Cheney West side riprap Sept 20 & 24th and again Oct 1st and caught a mix of fish incl. some 3 & 4 lb cats. Went again Fri Oct 4th - it was 55 raining and windy and fished 5 hours and white perch and a few dinky bluegills was all I caught. Fed the white perch to the gulls.
