Got on the lake about 7:30. We fished from sailboat cove North to the quarry. I cleaned 9 crappie with 4 of them in the 11 to 12 inch range. All of our fish were caught on jigs with a Bobby Garland, Bluegrass, Baby Shad. We did see several people fishing with minnows and most of them were catching fish. Almost all of our fish came out of 4 to 6 feet of water. Water temp was 64 to 65, with light South winds to start with. I did take the big fish of the day award with a 4 pound carp, on one of my fly rods. We got it in the boat but it took a while.
