    Default LA Cygne lake, Kansas

Has anyone fished La Cygne in the last few days and if so how did you do?
Thinking about heading out there in the couple of days.

Welcome to the board! There were some reports of fish being caught at the hot water discharge and outlet the last couple weeks. I don't know how this last weather system affected the bite at that lake though as I don't fish there. I've heard a few reports from guys going out to other reservoirs this week and the bite has been slow since the big rain we had on Sunday. I would expect the bite to remain slow for awhile or at least until the water levels and weather remain steady for a few days. However there's only one way to get a good report and that is to get out on the water yourself, and that's what I'll be doing this weekend. Best of luck to you.

Last week white bass at the hot water discharge slowed down. Crappie slowed down also but i had a guy throwing a cast net where i was fishing.

    Going Saturday to try again.
