Good report and kudos for staying after them. I'm sure that last flurry gave you some mojo and a start of a good pattern.

Crappie bite was slow for me until near dusk and caught a bunch but only 5 keepers, biggest was 12-1/4". Fishing addicts leaving El Dorado reported catching wipers/whites and no eyes and not many crappie - perfect weather today and dense fog this morning.

Dr, I was at El Dorado also on 11/1 in search of some walleye. Ended up with 11 wipers but no eyes. All but 2 caught just north of the swimming beach trolling in water from 18 to 25 foot. The keepers you caught were good size.
I seen some wipers in the sailboat cove hittin on top near dusk, last Sunday their were tons more shad and wipers in the cove. I may fish Harvey East or Chase County next weekend, I like fishing small lakes in my small boat.
I was out there last Thursday and the fishing was consistent with DRFish report, slow. Found some crappie fishing rocks, a lot of just tugs on the lure without taking the whole thing. Found some wipers and whites both deep and shallow but the shallow bite was better for us.
We used Sailboat cove boat ramp that night and wasn't anything going on.
Great report and pictures... Thank you.
Hopefully will have better reports and pictures after this weekend, I hope to fish 2 different lakes Saturday and Sunday. Only 1 antidote for fishing fever!
