Atchinson State Fishing Lake

I have heard this lake is a good crappie lake. The person who told me this has a boat. I don't. Shore and dock fishing is what i do. Is this lake good for this sort of fishing? Thanks.

The lake has a bunch of crappie, but most of them are pretty small. Lots of shoreline access with brush within reach of the shore so you should be able to get into some fish, just a matter of if they're worth keeping or not.
