Thread: Clinton shad?

What depth did you see shad at? Thanks

I seen shad everywhere at almost any depth, most were in the 14 foot area. Going across the main lake ran thru a school that jumped all around me, never seen that before, they were around 5 inches in size. Seen another school that were not over 1/2 inch in size. Should someone want to go after gar they were schooled up south of the rock jetty by Rock Creek sail boat storage on the main lake side.
