Fishing for us was very slow on Sat. It was our first time on the lake but we had a blast, we caught 1 short Walleye-2 drum-1 white bass-1 crappie and 1 fat old gar. I did not know that lake has Gar in it. We stayed at the Glen Elder Castle Lodge. It was very nice. my boys and I had a very good time, we are already making plans to come down again. Can any tell me what is on the north side of the lake maybe about two coves to the west from the Marina. It was out in the water a ways from shore, it looked kind of brown, almost looked like a reef of some sort. Glad we did not hit it. Thanks
