Thread: hate the SPAWN!

Spent practically all day at Clinton(10:15-2:00) an only caught 17 keepers, my dam hat flew off my head an sunk before I could get back to it an had to leave before I roasted my stupid scalp! The only plus was I got 14 mushrooms that were just sittin there on the bank, so I ran the tub up the bank an snatche them before the guys next to me saw them. I spose all in all not that bad a day, except for the burnt nugget!

I hate the spawn too.It's so frustrating.I spend many hours fishing...usually catching a few keepers, but when the good fishing kicks in I'm usually at work.Then I get to see all the pictures and go sit on my pitty pot.....lol.

I hate the spawn cause it brings out the big crowds. Had my first ramp confrontation this spring at the Hillsdale Point boat ramp Saturday. Guy in a white truck backed down and parked on the ramp in the evening. Sitting on a bucket on the ramp fishing. Said he didnt see what the problem was. We had a little conversation. Memorial and Independance day weekends are real fun too .

Marysville ramp can be a mess too with all those bankfishermens in the way and even fishing on the loading dock.

Dan that's not all day, hell u were only there 3 hrs and 45 min, all day is 8 to 12hrs. U're just too good!

Nah all day is when your scalp it buring off cause ya aint smart enough to keep an extra hat in the boat!

I keep a hat in the boat, because I usually forget mine!
