Thread: HD....back to reality

This was the highlight for me at Hillsdale on Tuesday. Went with Lee ,I had zero bites, he caught a 17in. walleye and one legal crappie off a deep brushpile, other than that it was a goocher We didn't get to fish the littlebull bridge as there was still ice north of Marysville....might be about gone by now. Did see a guy catching a few off the "community' brushpile in Marysville cove but he was soon joined by two other boats We left that area and tried the Big Bull and Wade branch arms( which saved a skunk day for Lee) but couldn't get anything going...left the lake at 11:45 and I had plenty of time to take a nap and wonder how in the HECK does HD get the best crappie lake in Kansas rating....AGAIN!!???
