A lot of people at Kaw this last weekend pre-fishing, I was one of them. Came very very close to getting skunked, and i don't think i was alone. :( I'm not sand bagging, either. Hopefully they get on there typical January pattern by next weekend. :dono
I agree...was a lot of boats there this weekend. I found a lot of fish but nothing big, all aroimd 6 to 7 inches. The ice and wind made it very tough to fish. I kow this weekend will be a lot better.
Ragnar, you can have Morstorf he couldn't put me on a single fish this weekend. Didn't even get a bite. He made me break ice to get him to the promise land and all I got was a broken transducer. No Fish, No Sandwhich, No Grape juice, No Beer, Come Back Ruth come back!Quote:

The sound of your boat crunching threw the ice is sooooooooooo much worse in person. Just cringing the entire time. The back seat boat drivers in my boat had plenty of jokes about getting my boat stuck in the ice and having to be rescued. :crazy:Quote:
