    Red face Pomona Lake 9/21


    Slabby Joe joined me for trip to Green Acres for breakfast/ minnows and short drive to the launch near the damn. First stop was the community brush pile close to the ramp. Where Slabby Joe showed me how to catch crappie. Off to the stumps in 110 mile nice ride but only one fish. Fished other brush piles found most of the fish in 11-14 feet of water. Ended up with 20 crappie to clean and two channel cats. Good day to be on the water, very low wind and great temperature.
