Thread: Clinton this weekend

I'll be on Clinton this weekend on my "Crappie Hunter" pontoon. Since it has an aluminum roof if there is any chance of lightening you'll find me in my slip at the marina. I feel safer there with all the sailboats and their tall masts plus the marina has a steel roof.
The entertainment for the weekend is watching the not so experienced boaters trying to launch their boats at the marina ramp.
It always amazes me how many boaters forget to put their plugs in and the ones that have dead batteries thinking their batteries will hold a charge for 6-8 months.
If you see me on the lake or in my slip on the north side of the marina stop by and say hi and you might even get a tip on where I'm catching the slabs.
