Going to Gen next week,

Fished Tues, Wed & Thurs. Caught our limit of crappie. Females without eggs & males still with their tux on. All in 1' to 3'. No live bait, only jigs. Rain, wind & bad storms every day. We got lucky 2 of the days, got off the lake just in time. It hailed while we were at the fish cleaning station, good thing it has a roof on it. Fewest number of boats I've seen there in 10 yrs, had to be the weather.

PT, I was out there as well in the tourney and I'm glad we weren't the only ones that had that problem. Jigging with Crawlers in 20-30ft of water and the crappie would not leave us alone, I couldn't believe it. We thought about starting to keep a few, but we didn't want to mess with cleaning them for once.
