It's official. I have received clearance from "Corporate" (aka The Wife) that I can fish tomorrow. I usually fish Hillsdale or Smithville, but according to the posts, those places have stunk lately. I've been itching to catch some slabs and am willing to drive a couple hours in any direction (I'm from the poor side of the tracks, so no boat... shore fishing or off the marina docks for this guy). I just need to know WHERE DEY BITIN' AT???????

i'm in kck and i've tried my favorite lake hillsdale several times from shore and no luck. nighttime daytime deep shallow in the creeks and nada. got a lil boat and took it to miami county lake for first time using it and nada. this weather is killing the fishing. and i got that crappie fever. so yea no help but good to talk fishing

Fished wyandotte lake yesterday and caught 5 bass, but was trying to catch crappie. Have been fishing perry the last couple weeks and hasnt been good there at all lately. Would go to truman if you want to catch some crappie right now. The lakes are very stained right now around here but its gonna pick up this weekend i hope.
